The weather may have been cold and drizzly but our hearts were certainly warmed by the Christmas festivities at Drayton’s Magical Christmas at Thomas Land!
Thomas Land Drayton Manor Park and Zoo, Tamworth, Staffs

Thomas Land is always wonderful for the little ones at any time of year but Christmas at Thomas Land is extra special. All the usual rides are open to be enjoyed as much as you like and the whole area looks beautiful with Christmas lights, decorations and plumes of real snow at least 3 times a day.
The 4D cinema was showing a special Christmas movie which was based on the poem T’was the Night Before Christmas. Definitely a must for all ages, my dad came with us, he’s 72 and loved it and so did my youngest who’s 4!
The Zoo was open too, so you can go and enjoy all the animals there as part of your visit. Whilst on the train ride we also spied the ‘real’ Reindeer at Farmer McColl’s farm! There are plenty of places to get a hot meal or drink as it’s really chilly at this time of year. Allow at least 6 hours to enjoy all that Drayton has to offer and wrapping up warm with hats, gloves and scarfs is a must. I’d absolutely recommend you start your Christmas fesitivities at Drayton’s Magical Christmas.
