Ardgarth Guest House is a warm and comfortable family run Guest House,
which is definitely ‘all ages’ friendly! The house has been tastefully
adapted from a large Victorian family house with a variety of well proportioned rooms to suit family groups of up to five, or the independent single traveller.
Accommodation
A variety of rooms; single, double, twin and family rooms, either en-suite
or standard (with wash basins). The rooms are of generous size, clean,
warm and comfortably furnished. En-Suite Rooms all have private shower
and WC. Standard Rooms all have wash basins in the rooms, and there are
two shared bathrooms fitted with showers and WCs. All rooms have TV and
tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Cots, high chairs and baby
listening can be arranged.
Nearby
Portobello is a seaside suburb to Edinburgh just 3.5 miles to
the East of Princes Street in the City centre. We are situated in a wide
and quiet street, and it is a short walk to the beach and promenade that
are the envy of Edinburgh. Looking down the street there is a clear view
of the outer reaches of the Firth of Forth (as in the photo below) and
the Kingdom of Fife is easily visible on a clear day.
Price band
Children under 5 are free all year round, and from 5 to 15 they are
50% the Adult price. Breakfast is included with all prices. For a Standard
room, per person per night the price ranges from £20 to £31,
depending on the time of year. For En-Suite rooms, per person per night,
the price ranges from £25 to £38, again depending on the time
of year.
