Cots and bedding

Your baby’s sleeping needs will change quite quickly as he grows
- it’s useful to have your newborn baby in a portable, snug sleeping
place such as a Moses basket or pram carrycot, so that you can move him
without waking him. But once he reaches four to six months he will need
to move into a cot.

Over the first year the very least you will need is a cot, mattress and bedding. This
