COMFORT

Xander’s views
I love my Doomoo, pure and simple. I first tried it when I was
two months old at a trade fair and as soon as Caro put me onto it,
I started to relax – magic! When eventually one came to our house,
I knew it was just for me and nobody else. Nobody else’s bum is
small enough! Caro and Sandy are really jealous because it’s the
most comfortable seat in the house.

At four and a half I’m the oldest tester in the gang but I still LOVE
my doomoo! It’s ultra comfy and I know mum thinks so too as she often
tries to sit in it (when I’m not looking). It feels lovely and soft
to touch and I spend quite a lot of time in it, particularly if I’ve
had a busy day.

Fin’s findings
I find the doomoo very comfy and I like the feel of the soft, squishy
material. I like to sit in it and read my books, do up my shoes
and clean my teeth and I’ve slept on it a couple of times too. It’s
now my general ‘lounging chair’ where I can chill out and have some
‘me time’. Mum sits in it sometimes which I don’t like as it takes
her ages to get out of it.

ENJOYMENT
FACTOR

Xander’s views
I like nothing more than to throw myself onto my Doomoo but when
I’m not feeling so extreme, I like to relax on it whilst watching
TV or reading one of my favourite books.

It’s also quite nice to fall asleep on!

Joshua’s Views
I love the colour of my doomoo (I have the blue) but there are lots
of other exciting colour combinations too so you can choose your favourite.
I like to relax in mine, but since it’s so soft, it’s also good for
rough and tumble games or mini wrestling matches with dad.

Fin’s findings
I find it’s great for launching myself at when mum or dad are chasing
me and I like to hide under my bed and pull my doomoo in front of
me when I’m playing hide & seek. Mum says I would’ve liked it when
I was a baby as I liked to sleep in my chair a lot. I read, eat
and play in my doomoo, its awesome fun.

VERSATILITY

Xander’s views
The Doomoo is good for sitting on, jumping on, smashing into, sleeping
on, reading on, eating on, making deals on, chilling on, all sorts
of things really. Pretty good really – much better than our sofa,
cooler than my bed, comfier than a cushion.
Joshua’s Views
It’s comfy enough to sit in and watch TV and low enough to play
with a toy whilst sitting. One of the covers also has a harness attached
to it so a younger baby can be fastened in properly. Mum says she’s
definitely getting one for any future babies that come along which
is fine by me as I will have two to play with!
Fin’s findings
Mum says this is great for a younger baby and is thinking about
getting one for my younger brother or sister (as I don’t want to part
with mine). It’s good for all sorts of activities and the fact I can
lug it around without having to ask mum or dad is a major bonus.

QUALITY
VALUE FOR MONEY

Xander’s views
Caro is stoked that she got the Doomoo for the babyworld shop because
she’s seen how comfy I’ve been. I know she would like one for herself
as she’s always trying to steal mine. Given that Caro would have had
this for me 2 years ago (if they were available in the UK) then the
Doomoo is awesome value for money. I think it will still be going
strong in a few years despite all the grief I put mine through.
Joshua’s Views
The doomoo is so easy and hassle free and with the addition of
an extra cover it always looks clean and welcoming. The laminate base
means that when I get a mark on it, mum or dad just wipe it away and
it’s clean again!
Fin’s findings
The seat comes with an extra cover which you simply zip on/off
whilst the other cover is being washed. Mum has washed my covers several
times and thinks it looks as good as new. I’ve certainly given it
a run for its money – it’s been dragged up and down the stairs LOADS
of times and I gave it a good walloping once when I was having a tantrum
after nursery. It’s more expensive than most baby seats but in my
opinion worth every penny as it will last for so many years to come.
