Justice For Jayden is a small premature baby charity set up to provide support and information for the families of babies born on the ‘borderline of viability’.
Being Born On The Borderline Of Viability (25 weeks and below)
The charity was founded By Sarah Capewell in late January 2009 after the death of her son Jayden.
Since this time Justice For Jayden has created waves through the media and highlighted this subject all over the world. Sarah was fortunate enough to visit Downing Street on 3rd May 20010 to hand in not only a petition for change but also a report of research from all over the world to help show how these changes could be implemented and how beneficial change would be.
We have also managed to set up a support network for families through our support line and our specialised social networking site www.justice4jaydensupport.webs.com
We have put these pages together to help families who are at risk of premature birth on the ‘borderline of viability’ have all essential information at hand.
These pages help to explain; what borderline viability is and how it affects your families.
You will be able to see what the national guidelines say, what your rights are and what your babies rights are and steps that can be taken if you unfortunately suffer the loss of a child at this stage of your pregnancy.
