Recipes : home-made muesli : 7 months

Ingredients

1 tablespoon porridge oats
2 tablespoons water
1 ripe banana, chopped
1 tablespoon mixed berries
3 tablespoons milk

Place the oats in a cereal bowl, add the water and allow to soak overnight, this makes them softer and more digestible.

The following morning add all the remaining ingredients and mash to the required consistency.
