Hi, I have calculated since my last LMP and its telling me I’m 7 weeks today! I have 1 little girl who’s 4 now and I was never this big until I was 5 months with her. I haven’t had ivf or fertility treatment and neither me or my paartner have twins in our familys. :s Has any 1 any suggestions y? Thanks

Congratulations on your pregnancy! It’s not uncommon to show earlier in subsequent pregnancies and it’s possible you’re also suffering from bloating. Being bloated is very common in early pregnancy. It’s often linked with constipation and trapped wind – one of the pregnancy hormones relaxes the gut and slows it down. Eating and drinking as advised for combating constipation (lots of water and fruit and veg) may help with it, as may regular exercise. Most women find it settles after the first few weeks before the ‘proper’ bump appears. If you’ve any concerns then do see your midwife or GP.
