I am halfway through book 2.

If it were not for all of the hype surrounding them then I doubt it is a book I would actually chose to read.
However I have quite enjoyed them and as another poster said, more of a story comes through in the 2nd book.

I love reading and read all sorts and as far as books go this is an easy enough read. It isnt written that well and I am totally baffled as to why it has become so huge?
It isnt the first book to detail sex so much so I really dont get it?

I’m glad you like those then and are championing Rivers of London, I have that on my Kindle to read, so seems we have similar taste so I should enjoy it, when I finally get round to it!

Absolutly love Austin and the Brontes. The sort of books you can read over and over… and over. Wuthering heights is one of my all time favourites, you can’t beat a love story like that.

iv read all 3 and it does get very boring and ended up skipping the sex scenes too and it just seemed to repeat itself ALOT but i did perfer the 3rd book out off all 3. But i cant believe they are turning it into a film just completely pointless

I’ve ordered Rivers of London, fingers crossed it’ll come just as I finish Fifty Shades of Grey :-)
