i’m pregnant with my first child and although i am very excited I just keep reading more and more information online and it’s getting to be a little overwhelming… There’s so much i had no idea about… (e.g… i read about Listeria yesterday and realised i’ve been eating the wrong types of cheese for a couple of weeks
Im pretty sure i wasn’t told by my doctor which is a little worrying if im honest. I figure the best thing for me would be to speak to someone who knows what they’re talking about face to face and so i’ve been looking for advice groups or events online. Has anyone been to any pregnancy events that they found useful?
I heard about PregSense from a friend – has anyone else been there? Would be great to know. Also there a loads of forums and websites out there. Are there any which you have found particularly useful?
Thanks for your time and help.. its much appreciated!
Hi everyone, I’m conducting a study for pregnant women examining the potential benefits of an online mindfulness course for pregnancy as part of my PhD. I’m looking for people who might like to sign-up to the research and need about 20 more people. I’ll be accepting new participants for a couple more weeks. The study [...]
Hello all. I had a positive pregnancy test a couple of days before my period was due. Two days later I bled red blood with no clots. Then after only two days its all but stopped. If I had miscarried wouldn’t I have bled for longer??
Will test again. Just wondered if baby could still be ok?
Thanks in advance. X
Thank you to everyone who has signed up so far! I’m getting a great response Still time to sign-up to participate if you would like to. I’ll be recruiting participants for a couple of weeks.

Hi there, as long as there are two lines even the other one is just a faint it is always a positive. Congratulations, I think you are pregnant. Let me share here with you a site I’ve been using to track my ovulation and I hope this could also help you track when was your [...]
Firstly, don’t feel guilty, I think what you are feeling is normal, pregnancy is a blessing, but its not easy & you can feel pretty ill during most of it, and having to look after a child at the same time will be a lot more tiring. No advice sorry, but its ok to have [...]
