I agree too, he needs to get of the computer/video games and try and get more fresh air and exercise. He’ll feel loads better about himself, walking is free, so he won’t need to worry about money and he can spend quality time with the family. Getting the children out will slow down the arguing [...]

Rachael’s ideas sound like good ones, I hear that exercise does wonders when you are feeling down. Maybe you could join him and the children for a walk, even make it a weekend ‘event’?
