9 times out of 10 I make fresh meals for my son. However, days when going out, or I havent had a chance to cook fresh meals I would always use Ella’s Kitchen Pouches. These were the nearest thing I could get to fresh homemade dinner. Others brands I had opened, smelt, and threw straight in the bin. If I couldn’t stomach it, why should my son. Ella’s Kitchen did a great variety, and smelt and tasted great. He would always eat the whole pouch. They are slightly more expensive than other brands, but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. They are clean, easy to use, and I would always trust Ella’s Kitchen and use them for future children.

Short Title: AMAZING PRODUCTS
Review:
as a new mother i was very anti using too many ready made products. however as a working mum i needed help!! Ellas kitchen seemed to be the obvious choice and boy was it! my son, from the outset, gobbled these products up without a second thought whereas any other jar or pouch was refused. the taste of these pouches is very good almost as if i had cooked it myself at home. the different stages helped introduce him to textures and flavours and also gave him the goodness that he needed. the range of products as well is amazing and there is so much choice you end up buying the entire shelf just to see how these flavours will go together!the pouches are great for days out as well.i would pack these for his lunch at nannies house. the pasta selection and sauces is great for the older baby too. overall a fantastic range of products and i cant reccommend them highly enough!!

Short Title: Nice but overly sweet
Review:
Ella’s Kitchen products look nice, have a great marketing campaign and they are quite useful for travel. But they are not really “food”. As someone who cooks his baby food myself, I found myself wondering why the early weaning sachets are so sweet, why they are so liquid and have no lumps at all. I don’t think that smoothies are healthy for babies, because fruit and veg or not, they are still high in (natural) sugar and the fibre has been removed. This is no better for a child than it would be for an adult, and in the last few years we have learned a lot of about the impact of sugars, including fructose on our insulin levels and obesity. So whilst I think these products are handy I would only buy them for emergencies and would try to mix them with something else to avoid the sugar highs and dips associated with sweet, fibre-free smoothies. I’m giving them a low quality score on that basis.

Short Title: Pure, organic food.
Review:
I gave my baby Ella’s kitchen due to him having a milk allergy and many of the recipes don’t contain milk. He always finishes off the pouch and occasionally if he doesn’t you can put the lid on and use it later. As it’s a pouch and not a glass jar there is little chance of breaking it and it’s recyclable. It also puts my mind at ease that the food is organic.

Short Title: Brilliant!
Review:
These are healthy, resealable, and take up very little space in a changing bag. Ella’s Kitchen certainly knows how to keep me happy!
My son loves all the varieties, and usually polishes off the whole pouch, but these can be squeezed directly onto the spoon, so if he doesn’t finish a portion, we can save it for a couple of hours as a snack for later. No waste!

Short Title: Currently likes little else!!
Review:
Evie has not been as easy to wean as her brothers and after lots of home cooking/pureeing I bought some Ella’s kitchen sachets. Much more successful! So far we have tried about 4 and all have been accepted readily!
I love the fact that you can just put them in your bag and feed from the sachet if needs be. The contain only the fruit and veg that they say with no nasty extras which is great!
Big thumbs up from us!

Short Title: Glorious Fruit and Veg
Review:
Ella’s kitchen are great fruit and vegetable puree’s for all ages. My oldest loves the packaging and slurping it out herself, and when I give my 7 month old them she can’t get enough of it, the best thing is that they are easy to use on the move and they go in the fridge. The Ingredients are excellent – pure fruit and veg.

Short Title: Kids will love…
Review:
MY son has loved Ella’s Kitchen since we introduced him to them last year. I think it’s a combination of the colourful packaging, great flavour and novelty aspect of being able to slurp it straight from the nozzle.
We’ve struggled to get him to eat vegetables so it’s also a great way to get the usual ’5 a day’ into him without any table tantrums.
I also use them with my baby daughter who goes mad for the banana puree, kicking her legs with delight as soon as she sees what’s coming.
I think Ella’s Kitchen have filled a great little niche in the market that most parents and tots will love…especially if eating daily fruit and veg is a battle of wills.
Excellent stuff.
