    Review:

This Bliss suit is gorgeously soft and in theory is fantastic but when using it I encountered a couple of problems.

The first thing to mention is that it only comes in one size 0-6 months and my chunky 4.5 month old will definitely not be seeing out the rest of the winter in this as his feet are already reaching the end.

I love the fact that I can still strap my boy in to his buggy due to the individual legs but I just don’t get why they didn’t make it with arm pieces too? The need to have significant additional layers underneath it defies the point in my opinion, which I find a shame.
As my boy always falls asleep on a walk, upon entering the house you really must open the front of the suit up so the little one doesn’t overheat and the super strong velcro makes such a loud rip that the baby inevitably wakes up!

I guess for some people this will have it’s uses & it is a good quality, easy to use item with “cute appeal”

Overall Verdict: a good quality product of many uses.
    Best Feature: very soft
    Worst Feature: the price

I really like the Kiddy bliss travel suit, even if not having sleeves (or a hood) means more work to complete the outfit! (but also more choice…)
Saying that, we all know that layering is best for babies.
I would not advise to close the additional jacket as it already has three thick front layers, and I think that a full bodysuit is enough underneath.
Also if on a journey to a friend’s house for example, once the extra clothing removed the baby can be left sleeping in it.
It is made of a super soft microvelour and fleece that keeps the baby warm and snug.
It is easy to take on and off for diaper change thanks to the clever and very strong velcro fastening.
The fact that it is legged means that the baby mouvements are not restricted and feels comfortable.
It is not bulky so easy to use in a car seat and does not interfere with the car seat harness adjustment.
It is also good for an extended outdoor buggy journey.

About the reviewer: Mum of 3 pre-school minxes
Short Title: Soft, warm, but not very strong?
Overall Verdict: Possible winter alternative to travel sleeping bags
Best Feature: The beautifully soft and warm fabric
Worst Feature: Quality of some of the stitching
    Tested for: one week

The Kiddy Bliss travel suit is like a very warm sleeping bag with legs that you use with your car seat. It leaves the baby’s arms free like a sleeping bag, rather than covered with an all-in-one snowsuit. The supersoft microvelour and fleece gives it the luxurious feel of cosy sheepskin. You slide your baby into the legs, fold up a wide chest piece, then fold over and velcro 2 more chest pieces from each side, finally attaching them under the arms with velcro. There’s shiny silver tougher fabric over the bum and feet, perhaps to stop wear and tear? It comes in a single 0-6 months size. My (average-sized) 6 month old was too long for the suit, and it’s not very adjustable, so I’d say it’s perfect for age 3-5 months, really. After only one wear, though, the stitching of the silver heart over the bum frayed, so I have doubts about its strength. I’ve still given quality 3/5 because the rest of the suit is so beautifully made. I’m also not sure that it needs 3 thick layers over the chest.
