My 17 month old daughter likes this and the comb itself is soft enough for her hair and does get the tangles out. However, it is quite big for her hands, whereas her usual brush and comb are perfect for small hands.
Unfortunately, after less than a week, the top of the colourful sections on the top of the box are already falling out – and this hasn’t been thrown around.
The box idea is good, but things do fall out easily when you take the comb off.
It looks lovely and may be better for a slightly older girl who won’t pull the lid off as hard!

My daughter who is 10 loved the brush. It was presented very nicely in a clear plastic box, allowing her to see the product clearly.

It is quite a small brush, so for an adult to use it on a child I found it a little difficult to hold. Smaller hands are fine as they are able to get a grip. If you are trying to brush your younger child’s hair you may struggle a little.

The colour of the brush and container is very appealing to little girls, and my daughter immediately said she would be taking it on holiday with her. I am not sure about taking the whole thing, but certainly the brush could fit in nicely.

The brush actually works, we found that she was able to brush her hair easily and it worked through the knots realy well. She has long hair and knots can be a problem, but this brush managed them well.

It seems to be a little pricey for what it is at £6.99, but it works and appeals to little girls, especially if the knots don’t cause any tears!

My little girl (3 year old) was very excited by the arrival of this product in our household. It is nicely presented and the colours and shape appeals hugely to the target audience. The packaging does not make instantly clear why the product is so deep (i.e. to hold hair clips etc.) and that may result in some Mums passing it by.

My daughter carried this around with her for days, but I found it very frustrating as the comb and pot are just too large for small hands and when dropped (often) the lid would fall off and spill contents every time. (Although I do appreciate that it is not really intended to go on the school run, to the supermarket, play dates etc.)!

The comb itself is very good and my daughter really enjoyed the independence of brushing her own hair. The only issue is that as the bristles are so soft, many are bent as a result of her putting the lid back on and getting them caught.

Overall, a very pretty and useful product, although I am not sure I would recommend it for smaller children (the negatives with the design that we experienced may not be issues for older children).
