I have been pretty lucky with my boys that they have never suffered particularly badly with nappy rash but do get a little sore regularly. This being said however a few years my eldest had a tummy bug and would SCREAM every time he went to the toilet (over 20 times that day) because he was so raw. We were bathing him in sudocrem but it wasnt touching it and then someone reccomended metanium and voila it was improved after the first application. From then on we have always had some of the regular metanium in the cupboard, just in case.
Now the everyday cream is here I was keen to see how it would manage with the soreness the boys often get. The first great thing about the everyday cream is that it isnt bright neon yellow and doesnt stick heavily to everything it touches. This is a nice smooth white cream that goes on smoothly and easily and without staining. I have to say since using it neither of the boys have had any appearance of redness on their bottoms and we havent needed to get the stronger metanium out, even when they were struck down with another tummy bug.
I will continue to use the everyday cream as it really does seem to keep nappy rash at bay and as it comes in a handy tube its easy just to slip into the changing bag

My poor son had a sore, red bottom from teething and needed to start using a barrier cream, but unlike some other branded products this glided onto his skin, did not stick more to my underside of my fingernails and felt really baby friendly.
After a couple of applications my sons red bottom was gone.
I have found a product that works, and will continue to use from now on
An all round great product that I would recommend to all mummy’s and daddy’s

We have the Metanium everyday cream and it is just fab!
Annie has been teething so had the horrible bottom rash that often comes with it, red bleeding and sore poor soul.
I had heard people talk of Metanium but had never needed to try it- but will be making sure I have a tube at all times from now on.
After the first application her bottom was sooo much better- after 3 applications it was just the slightest bit red! fantastic. Now its all healed!
We use cloth- and used a liner with the nappies and works great for all other cloth users having a nightmare with teething rashy bums! Any other bums too- fantastic cream!!

I have used Metanium cream since it first appeared for both of my children. It was like a miracle cream that seemed to absorb nappy rash as soon as it was applied. Almost like a vanishing cream!
Although my children are older now, I still use Metanium for sore bottoms. In particular my daughter who sometimes gets sore and I find a little smear of Metanium soon puts that right. I love the Metanium Everyday cream it is very easy to apply and I trust the brand to relieve any soreness.
It is great overnight as it does allow the cream to do its work and provide a protective layer for a baby so they can get that all important sleep.
A definite cream for any new mum, nappy rash is no fun for baby or mum and this cream will certainly give you the support you need to keep it at bay. Get some in your changing bag, you won’t regret it.

Both my boys suffered badly with napppy rash and the few barrier creams we used didn’t seem to stop the rash becoming worse / infected. On suggestion of my son’s nursery we gave this a whirl. We never looked back – it’s was amazing at clearing up the redness and rash and preventing infections. Plus there are no limits to how many times you could apply it.
Highly recommend you give this a try.
