I wasn’t overly impressed with this cup as a parent. Don’t get me wrong, my son likes the straw and the bright colours but he likes the plain other brand one we have with a straw so was just excited by a new cup I think.

For me though, it doesn’t hold quite enough volume and I was annoyed that the insulated bit get water drops in it which you can’t dry so it constantly looks wet. I’m sure the insulated bit is good in the summer but its a but of a nuisance the rest of the time!

It is not leakproof and the straw part is very hard to clean. I took it apart the first time and wondered if I’d ever get the straw back in!

I would have liked to see some other more funky designs on them – little monsters or something. Cute but fun. Fish are a bit old and tiresome. I thinks son would have got more excited by something funkier!

I wouldn’t expect to pay more than £3 for this so am surprised at the price too.

100% spill proof? Maybe if the straw is away, but if the straw is flipped out then it definitely is not leak proof. We do like this cup, and it’s great that it is insulated so undoubtedly the drinks stay cooler for longer, but it is a fairly small volume that the cup is able to hold and I find myself having re-fill often. Perhaps my children just drink a lot, but I feel it could have been bigger. That being said, I would recommend it to people as it is definitely spill proof, provided that the lid is closed (which isn’t the case with so many cups on the market these days)and it is handy. I also love the designs on them.

These cups have proved a big hit in our house and all our children love them. They really are leak proof (tested several times by my daughter who keeps putting it upside down in her toy box). The drinks do stay cooler for longer. It is also very easy to clean them and re-assemble. Excellent product.
