About the reviewer: Mother of one and expecting.
Short title: A really useful and helpful book with no jargon!
Review:
This book is very informative on everything to do with pregnancy, from the beginning to end, with everything from diet through to problems that may occur it certainly answers all your questions. The week by week guide is excellent.
An absolute must have for first time mums but any mum-to-be would benefit from reading it!
You might think if you have been through one pregnancy you know all there is to know, but as I found out, every pregnancy is different and everything I was unsure about or not had last time I read about in this book and it was so helpful especially when I needed an ECV to turn baby from breech to head down. The information on this really put my mind at ease.
Would highly recommend to everyone.

Best Feature: week by week guide to pregnancy
Review:
This is a fantastic book. It’s written in a language that is not jargony and would be easily understood. I like the fact that its written by mothers but also has a professional touch with the obstetrician as editor.
The book is well written and was easy to follow with appropriate graphics to accompany the text. I particularly enjoyed the anecdotes from mothers on each topic discussed.
I found the section on breastfeeding helpful as this was my first time breastfeeding.
I will continue to use this book as a reference point in both my career as a mother and in a professional capacity as it provides up to date information and advice.
The price may seem a tad pricy, but think of all the pregnancy and baby magazines purchased…this is all you need!!

Review:
This book is excellent, especially for first time mothers.
As I was reading this book I recall going through a lot of what was written. It is very informative and clear. Its presented with accurate pictures and such an easy book to read.
I would definitely recommend this book, as stated before especially for first time mothers as you have all the information you need. I found myself often on the internet looking for information during my first pregnancy and here you have everything. I do think the book is slightly pricey but its worth it.

Short Title: A great book with lots of information
Review:
I liked the intro into the women that helped to write the book. I particularly liked that this book is written by mothers for mothers with a personal touch about things they have experienced themselves.
I think this book is a good read for anyone thinking of trying for a family or is already pregnant. I read it from cover to cover but will go back and re-read the relevant page for the week I am.
Its starts off with a chapter on talking about having a family and the impact it will have.
There is a very good chapter on eating healthy and doing exercise to keep you fit.
There is lots of useful information about male & female bodies and how to improve your chances of getting pregnant. Like checking when you

Short Title: A useful pregnancy companion
Review:
The book acts as a companion throughout pregnancy. Whilst it can be read from cover to cover it can also be a reference book.
This book is made different from others on the market as it is written by mothers for mothers but has an editor that is a doctor that is an obstetrician. The book creates a personal touch with the reader by mothers giving comments their own experience of what happened. The mothers that are commenting are from all different walks of life with different number of children, making their opinions very different.
There is a beautiful chapter
