Short Title: A brilliant product
Review:
When the Quack, Quack, Moo bed protector arrived we had got to the stage in potty training whereby we had cracked the day time training (except for long car journeys) but were still using pull ups at night but as soon as Maddison saw the bed protector she decided she wasn’t wearing pull-ups anymore.
The gorgeous cow print design make is visually appealing and it has lovely pink piping around the edges. The thing that makes this bed protector different from any other is that it goes on top of the sheets and not underneath them, which makes it very easy to remove at night if an accident does occur without the hassle of re-making the whole bed. It is secured on by elasticated straps which go underneath the mattress and holds it firmly in place. Maddison has a junior bed which covers a good part of the mattress, but it can be used on a single bed as well with great coverage. Maddison has had a couple of accidents since we started using hers and the sheets below were well protected.
It is made from organic bamboo cotton towelling which make it beautifully soft to lie on as well as super absorbent. It can be machine washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried which is great for a quick turnaround!
The gorgeous and unique design of the bed protector have made it a huge hit in our house and it is definitely a product I would recommend to any parent making the transition from night to nappies to nappy free. I would also recommend you purchase 2 for a quick change around at night – a thoroughly brilliant product.

Review:
The pad is quite large and covers a good area of a single sized mattress or almost all the mattress if you are using a childs cot bed.
It is actually designed to go over the top of the sheets, which is unlike any other bed protectors i have come across. The lovely thing i like about this is that it doesnt have the plastic feel and sweatiness that you can experience with other similar products, My oldest suffered terribly with enuresis (bed wetting) and we tried several protectors and all of them made him hot and sweaty , and were ‘crunchy’ as he used to say …the mattress protector from quack quack moo is nothing like that. In fact its soft and feels nice to the skin .
If little one does happen to have an accident you dont have to strip all the sheets off in the middle of the night as this goes over the top of the sheets , what a great idea!
It comes with two elastic straps which means it will fit most beds, you can even use it on a double bed for expectant mums who maybe afraid their waters will break while asleep. The protector is also perfect for hot, sweaty or sick children; the Bamboo cotton fibres are breathable, anti-bacterial, absorbent and dry super fast. Like the bib it has the same dribble bubbs technology , with waterproof back and layers of absorbent material. It can also be machine washed and tumble dried, which is ideal when you may have to wash each night , it dries really quickly too.
